I have a 5" severum in with an oscar in a 75 , never showed any aggression before but now its over. My question is could i put the sev in with an arrowana that still has his sac in a 55 the aro eats bloodworm and flakes even though he has his sac still . Good idea bad idea ???

well i have had my breeding pair of 10" sevs in with a 4" arow, and they never bothered it. But if your sev is showing signs of aggression then i would not recomend it. You could try it but be prepared to move it again. good luck
