severum spots and sores

Hi all,

Can anyone identify what my severum has?

Is large white spots on body and fins and seems to have almost growths on its body, like has bulges where it shouldn't lol like its stomach and chin area.

Had them for a while they seem to come and go but only on the one fish and I have 5 of them.

Is feeding and acting normal otherwise lol

Apologies pics aren't great, the first one shows a spot in talking about underneath it's side fin.

Hi, its spread a lot now and on rear tail and fins etc. It looks like lil cotton buds stuck to fish, some are like hanging off him.

It is still acting and eating fine however it is now in a qt tank on ots own.

Any idea what it is and of possible treatments? Meth blue dip maybe?
