severum swapping pair?

Hi,

I have apair of green severums in my 300 gal tank, and also 2 male semi adult severums, i just got an adult female golden severum from a friend to pair up with one of my golden male. my worry is the green male might pair up with her instead of its old pair? any chance of this happenng? what i want is for goldens to pair up.

Well doubtfull but possible I guess. It wont matter much anyways. You are just going to get half of the fry green and half of them gold....

will be moving my green female into a hospital tank she's doesn't look well. hope io can nurse her back to health.
