Severum white fin, damaged or disease ?

Got a large severum at the LFS 2 weeks ago, has this white stuff on fin unchanged.
Is this damaged, or a disease. Quarantine is about to be over so I am not sure what to do ?

Looks like fungus almost to me. I’d dab the area with some hydrogen peroxide on a qtip or api fungus cure. Maybe a nipped fin.
