Severum with red swollen anus?

One of my severums has what looks like a red swollen anus area. I have been trying to find out what would cause it and how to treat it but I have not found what it is yet.

Anal prolapse maybe? That second to last pic also looks a bit like a breeding tube.

I have been wondering about the breeding tube thing. I have a pair in the same tank that have spawned about 5 times now but the eggs never make it. The parrot fish gets them when they are not looking lol he is sneaky. The spot doesn't seem to be as large today so hopefully if it is an issue it is getting better.

If I set up the 20 gallon tall tank that I have I am thinking about taking 2 of the severums out and taking the parrot fish out as well and sticking them in the 20 until I can part with them or get a spot where I can put a larger tank.

Well if u wanna breed the severum take the parrot out .or let nature take it's course it seems to me that the severum are young give them a couple of time they'll ptoduce good luck
