Severum with white pock marks on fins and tail, parasite? desease? help!

my severum has these white kinda stringy pock marks all over his fins, they came up three days ago, hes acting normal and eating normal, tanks 75gallons and his only other tank mate is an oscar who is perfectly normal

how do i help him? any help will be greatly appreciated!

i was thinking it may be a parasite however the only other tankmate, the oscar is clean. if it is a parasite any tips as to what meds i should buy?
 
if its anything like ich just raise the temp and add salt and keep your water params near perfect.
 
Looks like flukes . Its a type of parasite. If it doesn't get treated your whole tank will be infected. Untreated flukes will cause secondary infections and can get really nasty ! Metro or prazi pro seems to work really well and you will have to vacuum out your gravel every four days since they are on a 4 day cycle. Good luck
 
Have any fish been added ito the tank in the last couple of months? This looks like Anchor worm, it's diffacult to be sure from the pics but between the pics and your discription I would lean twards Anchor worm. If you look closly do you see a tiny string like projection from the affected area with a forked tail?
