I was wondering if any1 had experience with them. and i sall 1 at a LFS and it as like 8"Gold Severum but it didnt have the lines on its face how do i Get 1 with this is it only males or do i look for a Juvenile with it?

calm down there buddy cut the guy or girl some slack. the worm markings tend to be males from what i have read and will develop more later. they can get them when smaller around 3-4 inches. cool fish not overly aggressive.

ya worm marks are for males, thats about the easiest way to tell the difference between them.

sall= saw usually when there are otherwords around one mispelled word you can figure it out connor

My experience, the markings only apear on male greens (atleast in my neck of the woods)

Have never seen a gold with any kind of markings, but dont quote me on that.

good fish though. Best to get them young and grow them out, as their pretty skittish.

hehe sounds like mine. She runs the tank basically, even the grammodes don't mess with her. She did harrass my convict every once in awhile but not too bad. Otherwise me gold female sev is once cool chick.

My gold female has very small red markings on its face. My male is a super red and is covered in red markings so not the best example.
