Absolutely beautiful! Get yer butt back online right now and tell me what kind of wood that is! I love the reddish gold color. My male Severum looks just like yours but I'm liking your tank a lot better than mine. What size tank is he in? You're very talented when it comes to capturing just the right angle and expression on your fish.

I don't know what the wood is except that it was hardwood. I pulled it out of a lake a few years ago, then let it set out in the sun during the summer to really dry out and hopefully kill anything that might be on it. I've had some of it in tanks for over 3 years now without any problems. Some of it has purple color in it.

The tank is a 120.
