i have six gold severums, and every once and a while, a pair of them will lay eggs on a clay pot that is holding up my rock structure. but a couple days after, the eggs are all gone. is there any way they i can help keep the eggs from being eaten or killed? i am not breeding them on purpose, and maybe i have to have a designated tank for breeding, but for now all i need to know is if there is any way to help.

Well it seem like they are not fertilizing or protecting the eggs if in fact they are being eaten. Eventually they will get it right.
