Just a guess man. The Fh experts with chime in eventually with a definate sex im sure.
Hard to tell, it looks a little stunted by the size of the eyes.

:O i got him from petco his tank there was pretty large and he was with only like 3 others but ya he has big eyes O_O

I am far away from being an expert, but we had 2 at work who were supposed to be a pair and the female looked much like your specimen.

How big is it? Looks more like a Trimac than an FH. I've seen a few tanks of "FH" that were in fact miss marked Trimacs or intentionaly marked as FH to get a higher price. If it is a Trimac I'd say you got the better end of the deal. But since you bought a FH we'll never know for sure, if it's over two inches I'll say it's a male, I'm not seeing any dark spot on the dorsal, which might not be persent on a FH but I don't think it is. I'd like to see a pic of that fish in 4 months.

That would be awesome if it was a trimac lol.
Its only about 2 inches.
When i got it it was the meanest of the bunch and biggest.
So i thought it was a male.
