Sex my jack dempsey....

I put up a poll in the general freshwater section and got about the same votes for male and females. I need the cichlid members to see if they can help me sex the ebjd.

Guesses are welcome!!!!

I believe it is a male, but I am not sure.

Tempermant is VERY sweet, and laid back. It is about 6-7"+, and still growing. He/she is an electric blue jack dempsey. (Body colors includes blue, green, and black markings).

Are there any characteristics at all to sex a EBJD? I think we get this thread all the time (Im guilty of it also), but I think everyones guess are just that. All speculation. Nice looking fish though.

I will get more pics up tomm. morning. I ordered a blue gene female, so I really hope this is a male. lol.

It was sold as unsexed adult.

BUT, if the jack turns out to be a girl that is okay with me too. I will just have to place another order for a male bg dempsey.
