That is most definitely a female, I breed them and the splotches under the jaw and chin are a dead give away to female, males have a more defined spotty look, like pokadots

What would you say about this one. I have 2 sibling blue genes. This is the supposed female. The pair is about 5" and get along very well. They swim together a lot.

This one is smaller not as bulky as the definite male. It has less blue and lighter colours. The male has dark black deep colours. This one has a smaller dorsal with no streamers aswell. And it has slight spangles going to the jaw but not a lot.
