Sex My O?

I have heard that you cannot sex Oscars as they have no defining male or female characteristics. I don't know if that is true or not but I thought I would post a pic of...it and see what you guys thought.

I think of him as a male...but then again I think of all my fish as males.:screwy:

anyway, here he is (please forgive the scratched up glass It was like that when I bought it):

Cute Oscar, and yeh they cannot be sexed without venting i'm afraid.
 
The bigger, the easier, males are a V shape, girls are a U, i managed to do it on my Blood Parrot adults by looking at them as they were eating at the top of the tank, you dont always have to take them out of the tank.
 
with young oscars it appears like it does for african cichlids oo for male oO for female, bigger O closer to tail. as they get older it's easier, and it does change to U or V when they're sexually mature

The female tube is thicker than that of the male's.........The male's tube slant slightly backward and is thinner...........
 
Some one on a different Forum is very insistent that this guy is a hybrid...

He looks like atypical Albino O to me...

Can anyone support this person's claim?
