Which one guards a small territory or nest? The female will usually be thicker too, but very hare to tell.

the one in number 1 stays there 24/7 going in circles and the bigger ones move around number 2 and 3 but number 2 goes neext 2 number 1 and its fine but if number 3 goes over they go for him and same with the other one which i dont have a pic of who gards the other end but moves sometimes

Still nearly impossible to tell, if I had to put $$ on it id guess 1 is female and rest are dudes.

If i had to guess, no 1 is male with a female in the background. No 2 im leaning to female. No 3 female.

But also remember that theres no for sure way to sex them unless you watch them spawn.
