sex my red terror cichlid.

my red terror is about 4 to 5 inches and i cant determin the sex ,can some one help me.

looks male in the pics because of all the blue, but it has some black in dorsal which is sometimes an indicator of female. Id say at that size, venting will be the only 100% legit way of knowing. Youll get tons of answers here and usually, its 50/50 in the comments...and I think ive seen it guessed wrong more than right, my guesses included.

EDIT: ^ Beat me to posting, it is a tough call. It has a good deal of spangling but the dorsal is dark.

male. tons of spangling, I personally have yet to see a female with spangling of that magnitude. Also, the dorsal is blue not black. My male has a blue/black dorsal but my females is all black. Im going with male.
