Dookie, Id say male. Long trailers, plenty of blue on the bottom of the gil plates. Look out for that black blotch on the dorsal, indicative of female. Disclaimer! Ive been seeing many wild Rapps umbies look very male-ish ending up being female. Time will tell.

My semi educated guess is male.

Only issue is lack of blue in tail and not much above lateral line (could be pic?) but heaps on gill covers.
Heaps more than any of my females anyway.
My female is just about 8" now and seems pretty smart from what I can tell anyway.
Bet yours is pretty cluey at 7" ?
