sex of 7" jack dempsey cichlids

i have two jack dempsey i'm wondering if you guys can sex them for me?

they are around 7" sorry about pic quality, pictures taken with the flash.

i don't really want both of them in the tank but it so hard to catch one with out removing a lot of rocks, so i'm leaving it for now but i really don't want a breding pair. so far they stay on opposite sides of the tank

first 2 pics are the one i would like to remove. i think it has a crocked face.
last 3 is the other one. its getting some teeth

Im not sure abot the top 2, but the last 3 seem to be female (alot of coloration on the face)

I would agree that bottom 3 female. The top 2 are male.

yup like others have said, the top one is male and the other one female, its actually a pretty nice looking female not many of them get that much color on their body

well thanks for all the views looks like i'm going to have to try a little harder to catch the top one.

what size do they start to pair up? right now they are not friends thats for sure

Well I'm gonna have to disagree. They both look male to me. The top 100% male no doubts. Bottom doesn't have the blue swirls in either pic just a lot more spangles than first male. My last male looked exactly like the bottom one. Sometimes they can throw u off. If they were opposite sex u would see an initial courting from the male in first two pics. Otherwise they'll stay on their own sides and fight for dominance if both males. Can't see behavior by looking at pics but I'm sticking with male and would keep bottom fish either way
