And some signs of pregnancy also, or a link to talk about it, =p all I can find are things about fw stingrays..
I have California Round Rays that are very close to the Cortez and I havent seen any info about someone having them mate in captivity and i have searched alot. You should put up a pic of yours.
This is my new Cortez i just picked up, however really inactive and not eating recently.. This is the third day of having it. Smaller tail then my other, but alot bigger, like she looks heavier. She always looks like this when not burried, always "stands up"
Unless there are real dark blotches on the body that I'm not seeing, thats a Urobatis Halleri ( California Round Ray). I really don't think LFS know what they are selling sometimes. This is a Cortez 
Yeah they both have black spots on them, howevere i thought they were also Cali Round Rays.. Ill get a clearer picture tonight! Thanks.
