Sex of my new Synspilum

Hi all, first time long time.

I've bought a Synspilum and from what I've read they are notoriously hard to sex while young.
I did however get a good photo while he/she was attacking itself in the glass.
I think I can see a little vent tube in the photo. Can I get some opinions on sex?

It's currently about 5" long.

Is the pointed tube a give away?
Or is the venting typical of both sexes?

Pointed/thin tube is a giveaway. Its easier to visually sex vieja if you have a group. Then the minor differences are easier to detect. Males have a longer body-type and a steep forehead. Females are more compact & oval shaped. The differences are really minor & very hard to see until 5-6in.
