SEX OF ODOE PIKE

I have wanted a female odoe pike for a while. Can any help with this picture on if it's a female? The fish is about 12" so should be mature enough to sex, think by rear fin it's a female. If I don't take it maybe someone on board wants it looks underfed and in a really small tank.

Looks like a juvenile but if you say so. Female.

I may just pick it up. No it around 12", bad picture due to distortion from being in round aquarium.

The finnage is what makes me think juvenile. It definitly looks under fed if it is 12". The head doesn't look that big unless on a juvie from what I've noticed.

Fish is not 12". Check your tape measure to see if it's working properly.
