I'm assuming you mean Red Tiger Motaguense right?
Post a pic and at 4", we should be able to sex them for you.
Males have spots on the face, fins and tails. They are also more brownish red.
Females tend to have limited spots on the tail and fins and have blotchy coloring on the face. They tend to be more reddish.

At about 3-4" the males will get larger and the forhead shape changes to a more pronounced bump or at least that's how it worked out for me. 1st pic juvi Male Mota, second pic juvi Female Mota.

Yes they are Red Tiger Montaguense, thanks all for the replies. I did not put pictures because I have spoiled my machine and now I can not take pictures.
