I sall on another thread how easy people did it so here goes.
They are about 3" long.

From what I have seen 2 Females? But I dont know. I am planning on taking one back in a couple days.

Looks male to me too...note the fin-extensions. I can't tell on all the pics, but the first one also has a slim body, a female would be more plump.

The trailers on the top fin is a dead give away.Another trick I use is the anal fin.On males it will usually be longer often reaching or over lapping the tail fin while females are usually a lot shorter.The last pic shows this and is why I prefer full side shots for sexing.Males are usually more elongated with females being more plump as fishguy said.Males generally have a more even colour than females on their flanks.While some females can have one of these traits they rarely have all

Yes, definitely a male. The trailers are the most obvious clue to me.
