Sex the Peru Mono

I have in my mind what I think the bass is. Lmk what you think. I need to know, so I can buy a mate for it. And then try to breed them...

Add one more to male (<O) male, (o0) female.

Male....It's easier to sex them if you get a bunch of cichla and compare them side by side...you should be able to see the difference, especially on bigger fish.

I think male as well...but I cannot keep netting him, because it exhausts him, and scratches him up...
