Vent it, the only way to be sure. You can't really visually sex them.

If it is in a tank without other argentea, it's very hard to tell. The forehead and colors look female to me, but, without another argentea around, it may have nothing to look male for.
Below is a shot of a male I had. Note the slope of the forehead and lack of black bars.
