Sex this chocolate

Can you sex this chocolate cichlid i got him at 1" in Febuary 07 and he's now only about 4" and doesn't seem to be growing he's in a 180gal, can you sex him?

I think you would be better off leaving in tank so it isn't so stressed. can't tell from either pic.

The only way ive read to sex them is that the male gets a nauchal hump.

Choc cichlids are really slow growers,but as they start to get bigger you will really love thier colors(the males get a really nice cichlid hump).
