sex this early, and a few questions

Gave to me as a Jag, is it to young to sex, also in a community with severums, JD and a bgk. how long will it take before it becomes aggressive and I need to separate. Never had a baby Jag my last was 4 in, if raised up that small does it have a chance to be descent in a big CA/SA community fish.

To small to accurately sex. And some jags can be ok in a community depending on the tank size. If its a male it may be more problematic.
