Sexing a blood parrot at the LFS

[gutted]

Does anyone have pics of blood parrots when their breeding tube drops? I found a pair at Petsmart but I can't tell which is the female.

There's one who's tube slants back (female) and one that looks a little like a hook that points down (male?).

I couldn't get a good pic of either of them. I hate how Petsmart always puts them in the top shelves.

Unless they are close to spawning a female won't show her tube and when they do drop tube they are much larger than a male's. Males will mostly always show their small triangular units lol.
