Hello Everybody,
It seems like everyday there is somebody asking what sex their fish are I thought we should make one thread where you explain the diferences and post pictures.

It seems that females have a beard, or a colored gill plate that males don't have.

No it is the easiest way to sex JDs. It applys to ALL of them, some are not as noticable though.
