i have 11 convicts and their going to be a year september 4th and they will start breeding.
hoe can i tell which 1 is male or female

A year old!!!!!!They should of been breeding by now......Females have yellow to red bellies.....My 6 month old cons have bred.......I beleive they were 1/2-1/3 an inch.......What size tank are they in?????????Year old cons are the already breeding size.........

A 55 g WILL definately increase your odds of a pair breeding.......So you you kept 11 convicts in a 10g tank for a year, YOU GROUNDED........Stay away from monster fish and experiment with convicts for a month or two before diving into the big guns.....LOL.........
