Sorry about not having any photos. I know they would really help. But peas are in truth VERY easy to sex. Here is my little guide:
Males:
-Males have a black line on their bellies that appears to darken when they spot a "threat" (usually in the form of my benign little female
).
-Males have creases behind their eyes. These appear to be light tan "cracks" behind their eyes.
-Males are are not quite as round as females
-males are less colorful, and their black spots are lighter.
-Males have a very distinct way of trying to kill everything in the tank.
Females:
-Females lack creases and lines.
-Females have much more vibrant colors, and their black spots are very black
