Sexing Jack Dempsey and jaguar cichlid

Hello. I have a jack densely that is approx 6 inches and a jaguar hat is around 9 inches and was wondering if anyone could tell me their sexes. Sorry about all the pictures tried to get multiple of each as both fish change colour from lighter to darker.

I can't help you with the Jag, but the JD looks male to me.

yea, I say male for the JD, the Jag looks female IMO
