What are you guys opinions , sorry bout the glass and quality “she” is real reserved in nature

even with your best lit shot (after some editing) you've provided the fish at an angle where the most telling gender differences are obscured.
The slope of the head profile needs to be needs to be shown in an optimum way.
Note in the shot of a similar shaped cichlid female, the contour of her head profile is, and color pattern is obvious.

below a male, where the shape of his head and coloration is also obvious

In another Parachromis species a female

and now a male

to allow for an accurate ID, these characteristics need to be predominant
 
Agreed bud, definitely need a couple more shots. I usually like to throw out a guess because most people don’t, but it’s at best 50/50 with the ones you put up. I have the same odds with no pic and I like to lean one way before I plant my foot in my mouth. Also, is it getting bullied a bit? Might be why it’s so dark and has you leaning female. Could be a smaller or weaker male if that’s the case. Either way, Jags are awesome, so nice fish regardless.
