I have a group of 6 , F1 columbian blue umbees that are all approx 1.5" in length.
I do notice that 1 of them seems to be the boss. These umbees do have some what of a pecking order , but 1 of them chases all the rest of of them. Even when a stand off is attempted , it lasts for a second or 2 before retreat.
Can this 1 dominant juvenile be a male or a female.
Trying to sex these guys in search of a male and I was wondering what to look for in my search of trying to find a male out of the group.
