Its too young, and you will need much sharper detailed photos.
you will need close ups of the head profile, and genital area.
Even at maturity these are hard to gender ID.
An example of the kind of shots you need would be similar to these Chuco
1st a female, for many cichlids the color aor pattern on the lower jaw is an indicator.

Now a male,

For some cichlids its the spotting on the unpaired fins
Below a male H. nicaraguense

now a female, note the difference in the dorsal spotting

Below a male V breidhori

now a female

In many cichlids only the genital area is the clue
Below note the thick ovipositor of a female Cuco

A males breeding tube is most often, thin and more pointed, sperm is much smaller than eggs

Your photos will need to show this kind of detail, otherwise any guesses will just be random shots in the dark
