Sexing my Umbee's *Pics*

I was hoping someone might help me with sexing my three Umbee's . They are approx 6-9 inches long and very healthy. I have a gallery of pics located HERE

I don't know anything about sexing them, but that is a great looking fish.

Please explain how the above picture is female? I see male both in the Brown on the Face and very pointy fins.........

definitely a male. looks like you may have 2 males and a female in the pics in your gallery. very nice. ill buy one if you have the urge to sell!!!!

I had several friends e-mail me and tell me I was wrong. They explained why the Umbee here was a male. I have only kept Umbee’s for a very short time. The reason I said it was a female was because I always thought the males where darker and more shiny. I also assumed that the males had much more red than the picture here. I now realize my mistake and look forward to learning from them. Overall, I admit I have a lot to learn when it comes to Caquetaia umbriferus.
