how do you determine the sex of severums? and at what size can you do so? anyone know what this is? it was sort of an outcast in the big tank so i moved it after two of my sevrums paired up.

nah i can't really tell by that pic. little bit to blurry. try to get a better pic of the vent area.

Can i get Oddball on this one because i find it hard to believe that the only sexual difference is a more patterned and colourfull face,maybe looking at the vent?................Calling Oddball.....................
Actually u got that backwards. The females have more snake patterns on their head. Also the dorsal and anal fin trailers are longer on males. Thats about the only way to tell. Your sev looks a little young to be positive, but also there is no way to tell from a picture like that .
