Trying to sex this vieja synspillium so I can buy a mate to breed them. Anyone have a guess at it's sex?

Fish is 8" and a little more than year old(in my estimation)

It,s hard to sex synspillum as both sex show similar color. The only difference is adult male is bigger and the head profile is steeper. From the head profile, your looks like a female, but could be just an immature male male.
