Hi guys, i am going to do some testing on some giant snakehead juvis i got 21days ago i am going to record down their growth in these two situations:

1)Normal growth
i.normal weekly water change(25-30%)
ii.fed bloodworms,sinking pellets.
iii.normal room temperature 25-29 deg celsius

2)w/Boost
i.daily water changes (25-30%)
ii.easily digested protein food (eg.market prawn)& feeders
iii.slightly raised temparature 29-35deg celsius
 
measurements were taken from two specimens of the same species w/date stated.
approx. 1",1.1" on 15 june 2007,and 3.7",3.5" on 5 july 2007

they are growing at a speed of approx. 0.86" per week
under the conditions stated in 1*
 
I had mine grew from 2.5 inch to 12 inch in 1.5 month ,It was a hot topic before,there is no snakehead column yet at that time,many told that I just want to brag but no,I thought that it was just normal for SH so I wasn't surprised,I was just surprised about their reactions

i lost one of them today:(.came home and the lid was left open :WHOA:
and i found it dried up at another corner of the house.someone must have left it opened i was sure it was closed properly all the time:irked:
i measured it and it is just about 1mm more to 4":cry:
