SH Missed Me!

Awww, this is the cutest!

I went away for a few days & left my sis in charge of feeding my fish, including my 6-7 inch Red Sh. Apparently, he refused to eat his food from her, no matter how she tried for serveral days till he got too hungary & finally took a krill. She came to the conclusion that he MISSED me. I think she was right as when I came home, he flopped around and raced along the front of his tank & seemed so happy to see me for the 1st few days I was home.

Other fish didn't really care, though I know my bichir won't come to the front of the tank with friends around unless I'm by the tank. Guess I move more slowly/quietly.

Just thought I shouold share & see if anyone else had stories of their fish missing them?

hi,
well I'm not sure that my fish miss me as such but they know who feeds them and come begging when I'm near their tanks, well the Channa and the larger South american Cichlids I have do.
They pretty much ignore anybody else.

My Snakeheads always come close to me when I move close to the tank ^^

my parrot fish is like that which is quite sweet considering shes such a nasty piece of work

My molly goes batf*** psycho and shoves his face in one of the artificial plants when I feed him and then scavenges later.
