After finding several years along Maekong basin from Northern Thailand to Southern Laos.
My contact local fisherman just caugth a couple of Channa marulius (sp Maekong).
The most rare SH in Thailand and can not find in every LFS here (maybe in this world too).
Bad luck that male (75 cm, 3.7 kg) was dead before send to me.
Famale (65 cm, 2.6 kg) alive.

i do have one too couple of years back bought it from a LFS which sold them at a premium price.. back in year 2000, but now its hard to find it...as its all wild caught specimen
