Shadow Bass male or female

Is there any way to tell the sex of Shadow Bass.
I have two, and it would be nice if one was a female and the other was male.
They both were about 2" wehn I got them, and now one is about 4" long and the other one is a little over 6" long.

I don't know of any reliable way to tell their sex other than if the female has eggs or your male exhibits spawning behavior.
