Shark Catfish*
They also go by Silvertipped Shark, Columbian Shark, Hexanematichthys Seemanni, and Arius Jordani.
I was wondering if anyone has had one of these adn can tell me from experience what kind of temperment they have?
How big do they get?
How fast do they grow?

They get large quickly (IMO) brackish to saltwater fish. Can be aggressive for a catfish. Grow over a foot.

I had some as a kid when I did not know they were brackish....even in a 15 gallon (I know way too small, but I was a kid and the pet store said they would be fine in it) they grew about 3 inches or so in a couple of months (if I remember correctly) placing them around 5-6 inches.
So make sure you have a large tank set up (around 100 gallon or so), larger the better and make sure you can provide them with a salt water tank down the road

they get about a foot long, and need 100 gallons. exremly active fish. they are semi-aggresive. they get to there maximum sive in 2 years. Hope this helped!
