something simple is just to the Italian Dressing marniante.. just clean out the turkey an pour in the dressing all over the bird an flip over every couple of hrs.. an put slices of butter between the skin an meat .. an stuff the bird with what stuff you like !! i like to do rice carrots sausage sweet pea's

here is a trick for you,place a can filled with apple cider inside the turkey.Make sure the can has no label on it and you sterilize/boil the can prior.
another good trick is to buy as many fresh herbs that go with poultry(Bay leafs,parsley,sage,thyme,etc) and chop them up fine and place them between the skin and the breast.Also add a good amount of butter inside this area.

a few lemons quartered and placed inside the bird is another good tip.
