He's a beauty. Not sure how old he is. I've had for about 2 months now. Got him from my LFS when he was about 5 inches. He's recently developed a chin bump, maybe from all the "rearranging" of my plants. As soon as I got him, he became the dominate fish. He gets along well with the others, only giving them a quick chase every now and then.
I haven't gotten an accurate measurement in a while, but I'm estimating he's right around 8 inches long, give or take a bit. He's really bulky. Not sure how old he is, I got him when he was already a pretty good size. He's grown about 3 inches in the couple of months that I've had him. He took to pellets right away, seems like he started growing exponentially after that.
He shares his tank with another albino Oscar, a Jack Dempsey, and a Lima Shovelnose. Seems to be a nice mix right now while they are juveniles, but I know that can change as they age. It's only a 120 gallon so I'm prepared to upgrade in the future if need be. I do water changes twice a week to keep up the water quality, so far the tank has been extremely stable.
