its shark week on discovery channel they had some great info on tiger sharks and great whites last night did any one else watch them show the stalkin and hunting methods then the ppl snorkeling with them?

I'm disappointed with this seasons.
I'll be honest, I'm a bit disappointed in Shark Week this year. So far all I've seen is sharks being shown as man eating monsters that go around killing things.
I'd rather see science and facts than death and injury to get ratings.

didnt catch all of last years it just amazes me the power and speed of some of the sharks it shows
yeah zoo diver thats a good point but then again we dont call it the disaster chanell for nothing. lol ive seen them while surfing and never was bothered by them i think thats what they were tryin to show with them swimming with them. i just got aggravated when every time they were showing a test they had got the sharks in a feeding frenzy then wanted to see if it would bite didnt make sense to mo
Yeah I've been watching shark week so far, I didnt realize california had the largest great whites, I guess it makes sense since they have the larger prey items like the elephant seal.
I would like to see another Mythbusters shark special, but i don't think that's gonna happen. As well as more educational shows and less maneating shows...
im also pretty dissapointed with this year, it seems that not only the quality of programing has decreased, but also the quantity. what happened to sharks all day
