She IS.

Patch is a little thin but her appetite is voracious so she should get her 'beauty weight' fairly soon. It took her a bit to get settled in her original home. A bit herky jerky swimming since she was in the bucket for so long. But she greeted me, gave a little shake then went into her house. Today she's back to form, floating and tangled up in the plants.

Did I mention she laid eggs in the bucket?

Glad to hear she’s all back to normal!
Patch proves that blood parrots don’t have to be the sickly fish everyone thinks they are!

I never understood the notion that parrots are more susceptible to problems. It's not like they're fragile like those electric blue dempseys. In 3 years none of my other parrots have had any real health issues at all. My sickliest fish is my Chocolate Bobo despite the fact she looks like a tank. If she isn't in a 'perfect' environment with select tankmates she gets stressed and sick.

If parrots were that fragile they wouldn't be so popular. People take a sample size and run wih it.

One Patch had her egg maker working again I knew she was on track.

I think mine might have a cataract or something. Small white dot on the pupil. Never bothered him so I haven’t done anything. Maybe I’ll treat prazi to rule out flukes.
