What is a snakes shedded skin? Calcium? (I am going somewhere with this lol)

no, it is keratin. like the stuff your fingernails are made of and it is no more nutritious than eating a furball.

Cheers, just herd about leo gecko's eating theyre own shedding so was jw lol

Some herps will eat it to get the little nutrition (protien mostly) that is in it. Others eat it so that predators won't smell it and come looking for it.
