Does anyone know if it's illegal to keep them in FL? I see them all over around my house and am thinking of starting a sw tank.

I do not think it is legal to keep game fish in aquariums, especially if they are undersized!

You will have to check local laws, in Oregon they must be of legal size and obtained through legal fishing methods
