Shell dwellers in a 10g?

I was wondering if this would be ok long-term? If so, how many? I can probably upgrade in a few years time if absolutely necessary. It would be a species only tank. I was also considering dwarf puffers (species only as well) but I'm not sure yet. And the plus side to the puffers is I could use live plants.

id do three or four pea puffers really interesting easy to care for and look good in a planted tank and its cool to watch them hunt small snails. more intresting option then a shell dweller imo.
