I know it said shippin fish will arrive before 12:00 pm, but on average what time do shipped fish arrived?

Depends on what carrier is shipping it. If the usps it usually arrives the same time you get your mail. In my experience with others if it says 12:00 it could be as early as 8.

Unless it's guaranteed Before a certain time it's really up in the air.

I ordered some stuff a few months ago and It was on the truck at 7am. and I was 25 miles from the shipping outlet and it took 8 hours to get to me. but I didn't have a time guarantee. but they all lived and I didn't have plans that day.
